Description

Hello, we are CPB Trading Inc., a warehouse company located in Los Angeles. We're looking for a female warehouse associate who is organized and highly motivated. You will also be responsible for managing customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with experience, holiday benefits and paid sick days

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials into the system
  • Pick and fill orders from stock
  • Prepare orders for shipment to customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Send emails, take orders and filling out invoices, create PDFs for the merchandise photos

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or sales environment required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Do you have computer skills? For your role as a sales associate, you'll be using the computer often to send emails, taking orders and filling out invoices, create PDFs for the merchandise photos, and become familiar with the OMS system (you don't have to be experienced). We will train you in this process, and teach you everything you need to know-- but knowing how to use the computer is a must.

Experience:

  • Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • BOTH English and Spanish (Required)
