One year management/related work experience or one year college

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be reliable and have high personal integrity

A proven track record in commissioned based retail sales is highly desired

Must have demonstrated leadership characteristics including aptitude to lead a sales team, multi-task and manage sales and the business

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to work
a full time schedule including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
