Managers in Training

Managers in Training will have the potential to qualify for store management in as little as 6 to 9 months. These positions require:

• One year management/related work experience or one year college
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
• Must be computer literate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A proven track record in commissioned based retail sales is highly desired
• Must have demonstrated leadership characteristics including aptitude to lead a sales team, multi-task and manage sales and the business
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a full time schedule including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
