Apparel Buyer Responsibilities:
> Purchase opportunistically for Ladies, Mens or Junior Apparel
> Travel domestically in order to execute the purchasing plan of highly fashionable, quality, branded goods that represent an incredible value to our customers.
> Analyze history and current business, in order to strategically forecast future opportunities.
> Works closely with other Buyers, the Merchandise Manager, and the General Merchandise Manager.
> Current Buyers only, apply please.
Must have a minimum of one to five years of Buying experience.
> Experience in Apparel buying required.
Must have strong analytical, financial, strategic and planning skills.
> Must have a proven record of strong negotiating skills, with examples to substantiate.
> Must be a go-getter, with a "can-do attitude" and a true excitement for the business.
> Entrepreneurial minded, with a strong comfort of taking measurable risks.
> Strong team playing, clear communication, and relationship building skills are very important in order to be successful in our business.

Description: We currently have the following position available in our Corporate Home Office located in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Senior Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities: > Develops actionable analyses to determine the impact of marketing programs for the TJX domestic divisions.
> Presents findings and draws specific conclusions that result in evaluating and modifying marketing programs.
> Develops ad hoc analyses as requested utilizing the TJX customer database, the sales database, and other analytical tools.
> Partners with other analytical teams within the organization to develop comprehensive analyses to determine the impact of special initiatives on the business.
> Assists in custom research projects and compiles learning from syndicated research sources.
> Very strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
> Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Access and Powerpoint required, hyperion a plus.
Able to complete accurate and detailed results in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment.
> 3-4 years marketing or financial analysis experience, preferably in retail.
