Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail
Communicates orally and in writing in both the Spanish and English languages with our Spanish clients.
Answering phone calls and managing inquiries Invoicing and coordinating with multiple teams
Organizing digital media (WhatsApp photos) into office files
Managing office responsibilities and assisting in daily tasks Demonstrating a proactive, self-starter approach Requirements:
Little to no professional experience required
Proficiency in basic office tasks
Strong organizational skills
Ability to adapt and learn
Familiarity with email management
Strong attention to detail 100% in-person availability
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
