Client Intake Specialist (Bilingual in Portuguese)

Ventura Law, an established (founded in 1957) and growing law firm, needs a caring individual to assist new clients during challenging times. The position will be located in our Danbury, Connecticut office. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal support, a teamwork environment, and strong client service. This position requires strong organizational skills along with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Are you bilingual and can speak Portuguese? The ability to also speak Spanish is a plus. Are you passionate about helping people? Do you have that knack for speaking with people on the phone, answering questions, and gathering/documenting information? Do you feel good when a new client has a really positive experience and is thankful for your help? If so, this may be the position for you.

• Ability to determine and meet the needs of clients, attorneys, and other business partners.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt, to changing work environments, management styles, and business trends to meet the changing needs of the department as it assumes new projects and cases.
• Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
• Knowledge of and ability to use immediately all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a full-time 40 hour week. A full benefits package is included (401k Plan, employee health/dental insurance, holidays, and paid time off).
