Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a part-time retail sales associate for our Santa Fe shop on Garcia St. Flexible schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing retail professional with a warm, friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.

Key job responsibilities:

• Be an all-star salesperson, conveying a natural ease and authenticity with customers.
• High attention to detail involving all operations of a retail store.
• A sense of ownership over the appearance of the store: maintaining the storefront (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc), restocking product that has sold, and visual merchandising as needed.
• Supporting management in maintenance of inventory, including receiving packages.
• Supporting management with order fulfillment, packing, and shipping as needed.

Requirements for this candidate:

• Prior retail experience or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with tact and grace.
• Impeccable organization skills.
• Experience with Shopify (or similar POS system) and Google Workspace.
• Strong sense of personal style and interest in ethical/sustainable products + healing practices.
• A fan of the shop and a personal user of the brands we carry.
• Extremely reliable and accountable with a strong value system including honesty, dedication, and trustworthiness.

Compensation: $16/hour + 40% ongoing store discount
