Patient Scheduler - Bilingual, Part Time 24 Hours per Week

AMI is seeking Bilingual Part time Patient Schedulers / Call Center Agents to join our growing Scheduling team! This position is a great opportunity to apply your customer service skills and make an impact on the patient experience.

Part time, 20+ hour per week positions at AMI are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, 401k & Profit Sharing.

The Patient Scheduler / Call Center Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Utilizing the computerized patient-scheduling program to accurately schedule appointments for all requested outpatient exams;
• Provides timely, professional and courteous customer service to all patients calling to make appointments or to inquire about services;
• Provides patients with information required to ensure that appropriate preparation takes place before the diagnostic study; and makes certain that the patients are aware of the paperwork needed upon arrival at the office; and
• Performs all other duties as required and assigned.

The Part time schedule includes Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesday with shift times of either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm. The position is based in AMI's Galloway, NJ office location.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Must demonstrate excellent customer service practices and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Qualified candidates also have previous experience in a call center, medical office or hospital. Previous clerical experience with knowledge of computer operations required.
