Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers at the pharmacy counter

- scanning medications in and out, counting medications and properly labeling them
- Process cash, credit card, and insurance payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with medication inventory management and restocking
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy station

Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Please note that this position does not involve critical care or patient service in a clinical setting. It is primarily focused on pharmacy technician duties within the pharmacy.
